Create a flyer with a list of features of your home for the agents to use with their potential buyers.

Email the flyer to all agents with similar listed properties and key agents in the marketplace.

Call agents that list and sell similar properties.

Suggest changes you may want to make to make your property more sellable.

Constantly update you with any changes in the marketplace by providing current market statistics and trends.

Prospect 2 hours per day and talk to 20 people per day looking for potential buyers.

Add additional exposure through a professional sign and lockbox.

Drive potential buyers to me through the Better Business Bureau.

Whenever possible pre-qualify the prospective buyers.

Help buyers secure financing.

Follow-up with the Realtors who have shown your home for their feedback.
